When Life Feels Delayed
Waiting is hard. But sometimes God’s delays are actually His protection. Discover how to trust His perfect timing.
We all know the frustration of waiting—a red light that won’t turn, a delayed flight, a closed door. But what if delays are God’s protection? Scripture says, “My times are in Your hands”(Psalm 31:15). He is never late, never early. His timing is always on purpose.
Reflection: Can you recall a time when a delay turned out for your good?
Prayer: Lord, help me to trust Your timing even when I don’t understand it.
The God of Timely Interventions
God’s timing is never late and never early.
“My times are in your hands.” (Psalm 31:15)
Life often feels like it’s running ahead of us—or leaving us behind. But God is never rushed, never delayed, and never surprised. His timing places us exactly where we need to be, even when we don’t understand it.
Meditation: When you face delays, instead of frustration, ask: “Lord, what are You protecting me from? What are You preparing me for?”
Prayer: Father, help me trust that my times are in Your hands, perfectly ordered by Your wisdom and love.
