God Heard The Song Behind The Tears

0

A short devotional reminding us that no matter who tries to silence your worship, God still hears the song of your heart. Even tears rise as a prayer before Him.

DALLAS, TX— Everyone in the sanctuary heard the choir that morning. Only God heard the song behind the tears.

As voices rose together in worship, one singer carried a burden no one else could see. Her tears spoke a language deeper than music—a cry for justice, a prayer for help, and an act of faith offered in the middle of overwhelming pain.

Others heard harmony.

God heard the heart.

He treasured the worship that no microphone could capture, because He listens not only to the words we sing but to the cries we cannot speak.

Reflection:

God hears the hidden song behind every tear. Even when no one else understands your pain, He receives every silent prayer, every trembling act of faith, and every note your heart offers Him. The worship He treasures most is often the worship that only He can hear.

Scripture: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
