Mercy in the Morning
God’s mercy is fresh with each new sunrise. Yesterday’s failures don’t define you—His grace gives you a new beginning today.
Every sunrise is a reminder of mercy. Yesterday’s failures don’t define you, because “His mercies are new every morning” (Lamentations 3:23). Mercy means God withholds what you deserve and instead offers love, forgiveness, and a new beginning.
Reflection: Where have you seen God’s mercy in your life this week?
Prayer: Thank You, Lord, that Your mercy never runs out.
Mercy That Endures Forever
God’s mercy sustains us when we least deserve it.
“Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his mercy endures forever.” (Psalm 107:1)
Mercy is not simply forgiveness—it is God’s heart to withhold the judgment we deserve and to pour out blessings instead. This happens when he sees genuine repentance in our hearts. It’s a form of his forgiveness. His mercy means new beginnings, fresh strength, and undeserved kindness that meets us daily.
Meditation: Think of one way God has shown you mercy recently. Let gratitude rise instead of guilt.
Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your mercy that does not run out. May I never take it for granted.
