Promises in the Storm
Storms may shake your world, but God’s promises never fail. Hold onto His covenant faithfulness as your anchor of hope.
After the flood, God placed a rainbow in the sky: “It will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth” (Genesis 9:13). Every storm passes, but God’s promises endure. He is faithful to keep His word—even when circumstances seem to say otherwise.
Reflection: Which promise of God do you need to hold onto right now?
Prayer: Lord, anchor me in Your promises when storms arise.
Covenant Promises
God’s promises are unbreakable and eternal.
“I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.” (Genesis 9:13)
The rainbow was God’s eternal reminder that He keeps His promises. Unlike human vows that fail, God’s covenant is anchored in His character. He cannot lie, and He cannot break His word. His promises are a shelter in every storm.
Meditation: Which of God’s promises do you need to cling to today—His presence, His provision, His peace?
Prayer: Lord, thank You that Your promises never fail. Help me stand on Your Word when fear and doubt arise.
