When Justice Delays, the Church Must Not Be Silent

Court documents confirm what survivors and investigators long suspected: child trafficking networks thrived under the protection of power. This article challenges the Church not to stay silent but to expose, support, intercede, and protect. Faith without works is dead — and justice demands action.

DALLAS, TX —Court documents have revealed what survivors and investigators long suspected: networks of power shielded child traffickers, allowing them to exploit the vulnerable without consequence. These were not just networks of people with power and influence, but also networks of demonic power, networks of demons that worked together to facilitate this type of exploitation and torture. These truths force the Church to decide — will we turn our heads, or will we take our stand?

Silence protects oppressors. Scripture warns against shepherds who look away while wolves devour the flock (Ezekiel 34:2-10). Jesus calls His Church to be salt and light — not only in worship services but in society itself. If we truly believe trafficking grieves God’s heart, then we must confront it with courage.

Action Points for the Church

Expose: Share the truth, even when it is uncomfortable.

Support: Fund survivor voices and initiatives that carry hope and healing.

Intercede: Lift continual prayer, asking God to dismantle trafficking networks.

Protect: Create safe environments for children and demand accountability from leaders.

Faith without works is dead (James 2:17). Justice delayed is justice denied. The time for the Body of Christ to rise is now.
