DALLAS, TX—Victoria Cameron, a survivor of child trafficking of Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein, has shared a snapshot of the conversations and behavior that occurred while she was being illegally transported out of the United Kingdom by them as an eight year old child in October 1989.
According to Cameron, Maxwell spoke openly during the flight about occult beliefs and practices, including the celebration of Samhain—an ancient pagan festival traditionally observed at the end of October. Cameron recalls Maxwell discussing ritual practices, symbolism, and her hostility toward Christianity while Cameron was being trafficked from London to New York.
Maxwell has denied knowing Epstein during the 1980s and has told U.S. federal investigators that she first met him in 1991. However, a 2021 investigation by The Guardian reported that Maxwell’s association with Epstein began years earlier, during the 1980s, and that she was already facilitating connections between Epstein and elite social circles during that period.
This article examines Cameron’s testimony regarding Maxwell’s religious and ideological statements during the 1989 flight, situating those claims alongside documented reporting on Maxwell’s early involvement with Epstein and the broader trafficking network later exposed through court records and investigative journalism.

Victoria’s Experience with Maxwell on the Plane

Victoria explained that when she was being trafficked, she cried a lot during the plane trip and threw loud crying fits to try to persuade Maxwell not to like her so she would take her back to her family. Maxwell, had other ideas of what to do with Victoria, and planned on grooming her and selling her as a child sex slave.

“I know the future. This is what you’re going to be doing in a few weeks, depending on how your orientation goes. This is what the rest of your life is going to look like,” said Maxwell to a petrified and traumatized Victoria.
Victoria recalls that Maxwell then engaged in a sexual act with Epstein and forced her to watch. She performed oral sex on him, on the plane.
Maxwell snapped at Victoria, who was crying and trembling.
She said, “Stop crying! You’re making me look like a criminal!”
Victoria didn’t care.

While on the plane, Maxwell talked candidly about a lot of things. One of these things was her religion.
Victoria said,
“Maxwell talked openly about celebrating Samhain the way Christians talk about Christmas and Easter. This was normal for her.”
Samhain is an occult holiday, and according to Victoria, Maxwell was fascinated with it. She said it was her most favourite day of the entire year.
Maxwell and Epstein talked about plans they were making for Samhain, what they were going to make for the holiday dinner, how they were going to decorate their house, and who they were going to invite for the holiday party and started working on the guest list.
She also talked about having a belated Samhain holiday dinner, since they weren’t able to celebrate it on the actual holiday because of their travel plans.
And she talked about a $2000 bill that she had to pay to someone for helping her coordinate abducting Victoria.

Victoria recalls Maxwell speaking openly about human sacrifice, occult rituals, and spell-casting. This was normal candid conversation for Maxwell. Victoria was horrified.
According to Victoria, Maxwell presented herself as someone under the belief that she acquired power from Satan for engaging in these rituals, and that this power shielded her from being caught by the authorities for the crimes she was committing.
“I can do anything I want and nothing will ever happen to me!” exclaimed Maxwell, as recalled by Victoria.
Maxwell had been an attender of Victoria’s church in London, which was Westminster Abbey. Victoria did not expect the people who attended a Christian church with her to have satanic witchcraft values. But Epstein and Maxwell did.

Maxwell explained to Victoria that they use the same Bible that Christians use, but that they filter all of the information differently. For example, when they pray to God, they really mean Satan in their hearts, but they say the name God when they pray, because he is their god.
“She said if you’re standing right next to her in church and you hear her pray, you just think she said and meant the same prayer as everyone else there,” said Victoria
Victoria explained that Maxwell told her that she believes that Jesus committed suicide when he went to the cross, and that this turned him into a fallen angel because he willfully turned himself over to an enemy.
Maxwell told her that when she as a witch takes a person as a hostage, she wants there to be no deliverance.
She told her she wants there to be no way out for them of whatever she does to them under any circumstances.
“She was so brazen about everything she did, and had no conscience at all,” said Victoria.
Victoria said Maxwell told her that one of the things she loves doing most for Samhain, is that she loves putting blood over the doorposts of her home, like the Jews did during the Exodus in the Bible. She said that the reason they do this for Samhain, is because they are cursing the idea of Christian deliverance, so it doesn’t work. She explained she wants to take the power out of it so it doesn’t block any of the spells she casts.

In the account of the Exodus in the Bible, Exodus 12:13-28 Moses is instructed by God to have the members of the Israelite community sacrifice a lamb and then take the blood of the lamb and put it over the doorposts of their homes. This was to be a sign to the Angel of Death that was to pass over their community, that the people in that house were children of God, a part of the house of Israel. Having this symbol over the doorposts of their home was to protect the life of the firstborn child in that home from the Angel of Death.
According to the Bible, those that did not participate in this ritual, woke up to find that their firstborn child had died overnight, which is what happened to the enemies of Israel, the children of God.
This is the event in the Bible that Maxwell says she was cursing.
Maxwell maintains her innocence and denies that she has committed a crime.
The occult holiday that Maxwell was fascinated with…
According to The History Channel, “Samhain (a Gaelic word pronounced “sow-win”) is a pagan religious festival originating from an ancient Celtic spiritual tradition. It is usually celebrated from October 31 to November 1 to welcome in the harvest and usher in “the dark half of the year.” Celebrants believe that the barriers between the physical world and the spirit world break down during Samhain, allowing more interaction between humans and denizens of the Otherworld.”
According to Vatican trained exorcist Father Ted Benjamin,
“Samhain is a witch’s Christmas. It is the holiday witches and pagans look forward to, and is the most awaited holiday of the year. It is a time of divination and communicating with the dead, spell casting, and culminates in human sacrifice.”

Benjamin, an ordained minister in The Anglican Church, understands the dynamics of the witchcraft Maxwell was allegedly involved with because he became a trained exorcist by going through a program offered by the Vatican in Rome, the headquarters of The Roman Catholic Church. The training he went through is now part of an annual training offered by the Vatican to instruct others on how to identify demonic possession, and involves listening to personal accounts from other priests about cases of demonic possession and expulsion, and details more about the rituals behind expelling demons.
“It’s very important that churches stop being cessationists because things like demonic oppression are real, and we have to be leaders in understanding how this operates so we can be leaders in setting people free. That’s the job of the church, and that’s what people are depending on us for,” said Benjamin.
The Biblical event of the Exodus that Maxwell told Victoria she curses with how she celebrates Samhain, is the most influential historical spiritual deliverance event of all time. Through the Exodus, God demonstrated that his power is above all other gods. This must be why Maxwell hates the Exodus so much.
The Exodus is the event that created the Israelite people, gave them their identity as a nation, and was the event through which they forged their bond with their God.
“Victoria rejected the values that Maxwell tried to force on her when she was abducted, and accepted Christian values. She ran in the complete opposite direction of Maxwell and her values and embraced Christian values and deliverance from evil,” said Benjamin.
To Victoria, Maxwell is evil. Maxwell is the embodiment of all evil. All Victoria wants is to maintain her permanent deliverance from her.
Let’s have the heart of Jesus towards Victoria, who said about himself, “in Luke 4:18:
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he anointed me to preach the Gospel to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed, to proclaim the favorable year of the Lord.”

Scotland’s Les Misérables Seeks Justice For Victims Trafficked by Members of the British Government
Scotland’s Les Misérables is a multi-media justice project — a work that spans a memoir by child trafficking survivor Victoria Cameron, investigative journalism, documentary development, film concepts, musical theater, archival testimony, and historical research. Cameron emphasizes that her forthcoming memoir is just one component of a much larger undertaking.
The purpose of the project is not merely to recount her personal story, but to expose the larger system in which it occurred: the child-trafficking networks operating inside the UK, the political and institutional failures that protected perpetrators, the intersections with Epstein and Maxwell, and the historic vulnerabilities created by Scotland’s lack of sovereignty. Her memoir is one doorway into that truth — but the project as a whole seeks to tell the wider story: the victims who never returned, the systems that failed them, and the national reckoning still required.
Scotland’s Les Misérables is not only Victoria Cameron’s testimony of child trafficking, survival, and rescue — it is a multi-layered historical record and creative project designed to bring the full truth into public light.
