The article discusses Stonebriar Church members who were upset over bounced cheques they received from Ghislaine Maxwell for providing children to her that was alleged to be adoptions masked as procurement for child trafficking. After much frustration, Ghislaine arrived using an alias, and resolved the issue by paying them instantly via an online transfer, prompting mixed reactions about the situation and motivations behind their actions.

Child Trafficking Eyewitness Testimony as reported by Former Stonebriar Church Choir Member Victoria Cameron and confirmed by an undercover officer

DALLAS, TX —The DCN story, “Another Broken Egg” recounted the eyewitness testimony of Stonebriar Church Choir member, Victoria Cameron, and her experience with two insiders from Stonebriar Church she identified as “David in the Choir,” a man who sang in the Stonebriar Church choir, and his wife “Debbie from Wisconsin,” who talked a lot about how she was from Wisconsin, and their discussion of how they were involved with Ghislaine Maxwell in a transaction for the sale a child. The “sale” was suspected to be procurement for child trafficking, under the guise of “an adoption.”

This article, “The Day The Traffickers Came to Pay” details Cameron’s eyewitness account of what happened AFTER they received that cheque.

She talked to them in the lobby after church on a Sunday. They both told her that the cheque they received from Maxwell bounced. They said Maxwell’s assistant, Bri, was on her way to Stonebriar Church to pay them in person.

Cameron recounts the short conversation she had with the two of them in the church lobby as she was on her way out the door after the church’s second Sunday service had let out.

Cameron had been avoiding both of them since the lunch they had at Another Broken Egg Cafe. She had not wanted to develop a friendship with them after she realized what kind of people they were, from what was discussed during lunch that day.

As Cameron was walking to the door of the church to leave, she saw “Debbie from Wisconsin” sitting in the Stonebriar church lobby, and tried to walk quickly past her without greeting her as she did not want to be pulled into a conversation with her.

”Debbie from Wisconsin” spotted her and waved at Cameron and motioned for her to come over to where she was sitting.

Cameron tried to ignore her and walk past her anyway, as if she didn’t see her waving at her.

“Debbie from Wisconsin” was indignant and said loudly with an edge of anger to her voice, “Is she ignoring me?”

She then raised her voice and shouted her name multiple times, “Victoria! Victoria! Come over here when I’m talking to you! You’re not ignoring me, are you?”

This caught the attention of another woman who was walking by, who stopped to say, “She’s talking to you. Go see what she wants.”

Cameron was polite and walked over to say hello. She said she thought stopping politely to say hello for a few minutes, would diffuse the awkwardness of that situation.

“Debbie from Wisconsin” was in a somber mood that day. She told Cameron she had “ruffled feathers.”

Cameron asked her what was wrong, and what happened.

“David in the choir,” who walked over to join the conversation, explained that the cheque that “Debbie from Wisconsin” had received for her good deed had bounced.

He was shaking his head with frustration. “Debbie from Wisconsin” was tense.

“Debbie from Wisconsin” explained that the cheque they were upset about was the replacement cheque that Maxwell had sent them for the first cheque, which also bounced.

“Debbie from Wisconsin” complained that she had to wait two weeks in the mail for the replacement cheque to arrive, and then it also bounced.

”David in the choir” was shaking his head in disgust and frustration.

“Debbie from Wisconsin” called out to another man in the choir who was standing several feet away from them engaged in conversations with other people.

She asked him if the cheque he received had gone through. He shook his head and said no.

She said, “Ghislaine is supposed to be here today. Somebody catch her when she walks through the door. I need to know what happened with my cheque.”

She mentioned that Maxwell might send Bri instead, an assistant that worked for her, and that the two women are so similar looking, that it’s sometimes hard to tell them apart.

Cameron explained she still hoped that the two of them might be oblivious and were perhaps not aware that they might not be working with a legitimate adoption agency, as neither one of them were expressed any kind of suspicion or concern that the business dealings they were engaging in might not be legitimate or perhaps could possibly be of a criminal nature.

Cameron stated,

“It bothered me that they were complaining about the cheques bouncing. I thought if you really cared about these children you said you helped, and you really thought you “did a good deed,” then what does it matter if you got a check for it or not?”

“Debbie from Wisconsin” was loudly complaining about the bounced cheques. She was very aggravated.

“David in the choir” said, “Do you think she’s really going to come here and show her face to us after she sent us two bounced cheques?”

“Debbie from Wisconsin” said, “We’ll see if it happens.”

The other man in the choir that “Debbie from Wisconsin” was talking with about this situation complained, “If you say you’re going to pay us, pay us, that’s all I ask. It’s cut and dry.”

They all seemed to be relieved when a woman they identified as Maxwell’s associate, “Bri,” showed up at the church. Cameron identified “Bri” as the exact same person as Ghislaine, but using a different name and wearing a hat.

Ghislaine/Bri didn’t go to the church service that day. She stopped by the church after the second service let out, and entered the building while the majority of church goers were leaving the building and walking to their cars. Lots of people were still standing around in groups in the church lobby talking, waiting for the traffic to die down.

There was always a traffic congestion of vehicles in the parking lot when so many people were getting in their vehicles and trying to drive out of the parking lot. It was normal for people at the church to stand around and talk in the lobby, while waiting for the Sunday after church traffic to disperse.

Cameron saw Ghislaine/Bri walk over to “David in the choir” and “Debbie from Wisconsin” and apologize for the bounced cheques.

She said, “ I didn’t realize that bank account was closed.”

Cameron said her mouth dropped open when she saw Ghislaine brazenly talking to “Debbie from Wisconsin” and “David in the choir” as if she was a completely different person named “Bri.” They accepted her under this name and did not act like anything was wrong or abnormal.

Ghislaine/Bri told them that she didn’t want them to have to wait for another cheque to arrive in the mail, and offered to pay them on the spot through an instant money transfer system such as Paypal.

Ghislaine/Bri apologized to “Debbie from Wisconsin” for the ordeal she had with the cheques bouncing. She also talked about her boss, “Maxwell,” as if she was a different person than herself.

She apologized that “her boss” was not there in person.

She mentioned that “her boss” had been in and out of court a lot, and that things had been a little hectic because of it.

“Debbie from Wisconsin” said to her about the bounced cheques, “oh well, it happens,” like the bounced checks were not as big of a deal as they were when she was complaining about it moments earlier.

Ghislaine/Bri said,

“No, you gave me something. I am going to make sure you get paid. I always pay my suppliers.”

She then stood right in front of Cameron and paid “Debbie from Wisconsin” by accessing an instant money transfer system on her phone.

Ghislaine/Bri told “Debbie from Wisconsin” she had to pay her in three installments because the amount of money was too large for just one installment.

Cameron stated, she stood right there and sent the first payment and waited for “Debbie from Wisconsin” to confirm that she had received it. Then she waited for “Debbie from Wisconsin” to instantly transfer it into her bank account. Then she did the same thing with the second installment, and then the third installment.

“Ghislaine/Bri” said,

“Just transfer the money three times and you’ll never have a problem, that’s what I tell people. Just transfer the money three times, and you’ll never have a problem.”

After “Debbie from Wisconsin” was paid and “Ghislaine/Bri” walked away, she looked at Cameron like a deer in headlights.

She said, “why would she tell us that? I didn’t do anything wrong did I? I just did a good deed.”

The other man in the Stonebriar Church Choir “Debbie from Wisconsin” had been complaining with about the cheques bouncing was also paid instantly in the lobby, the same way.

“Debbie from Wisconsin” called out to him and asked if he got paid. He said he did, and that he received his money.

He complained about how he expected an adoption agency to be able to handle a simple business transaction, and was frustrated that getting paid had been such an ordeal. He also complained about how it took so long for “Bri” to show up to the church that day, as he was anticipating the lines at the restaurants would be especially long because it was Mother’s Day.

Cameron stated that because of what she observed, she knows that people at Stonebriar Church in Frisco, TX, sold a child to Maxwell, and that the child was trafficked.

Cameron said,

“I know this was child trafficking. Ghislaine Maxwell was given a child, and there was an exchange of money for the child. Because she’s the one involved, I know it was trafficking.”

According to the field officer we spoke with about this incident that happened at Stonebriar Church in Frisco, TX, Cameron was able to recognize signs of child trafficking that went over the heads of a lot of other people, because of how she had been a former victim of child trafficking. He says she did the right thing with what she observed by reporting what she witnessed.

He said, “We have closely surveilled this operation, and I want to make it very clear that Victoria was in no way at all a part of this group. She just happened to attend one of the churches in Dallas Fort Worth they were operating in, and assisted our officers with their investigation by reporting what she witnessed.”

The field officers who provided information for this article and our ongoing look into what happened at Stonebriar Church, are undercover officers who were a part of the undercover investigation that led to the arrests of Epstein and Maxwell, as confirmed by officers in association with the office of James Dennehy, assistant director of the FBI’s New York field office. They requested to be referred to as “field officers” in order to maintain their integrity as undercover officers and so as not to jeopardize ongoing investigations.

According to Rick Sullivan, “I think the hand of God brought Victoria to Stonebriar Church. He sent us someone who is a credible witness who was able to recognize and identity what was happening in our church. I believe that her coming here was divinely orchestrated by God, and I am grateful that she had the courage to be a witness and an advocate for other victims.”

“I think she’s someone like Joseph in the Bible, whose steps were divinely arranged by God, and just like what happened to Joseph, God was able to turn things around for her and use her as a witness and a voice to save lives,” said Sullivan.”

Who is Maxwell, the person who gave “Debbie from Wisconsin” the cheque?

According to The Guardian, Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison in her New York sex-trafficking case for procuring teen girls for Jeffrey Epstein for him to abuse. Maxwell has maintained her innocence.

Epstein, a convicted sex offender and financier whose elite associates once included Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton, was captured by federal authorities in July 2019, on sex-trafficking counts. He killed himself in a New York City federal jail just over one month after his arrest.

Maxwell’s attorneys had pushed for leniency in sentencing, saying that she should receive “well below” the 20 years recommended by federal probation officials. Prosecutors pushed for a sentence of 30 to 55 years in prison.

Maxwell, a former British socialite, was convicted on December 29, 2022, of five of the six charges she faced. The jury came to their decision after 40 hours of deliberations spanning six days.

In addition to sex trafficking, Maxwell was convicted of conspiracy to entice individuals under the age of 17 to travel in interstate commerce with intent to engage in illegal sexual activity, conspiracy to transport individuals under the age of 17 to travel in interstate commerce with intent to engage in illegal sexual activity; transportation of an individual under the age of 17 with intent to engage in illegal sexual activity; and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of individuals under the age of 18.

Maxwell denies all allegations that she has committed a crime.

We reached out to Stonebriar Church and David and Debbie for questions and comments when we worked on this, and we were ignored.

WHY HAVEN’T DAVID AND DEBBIE BEEN ARRESTED???

According to the field officer we spoke with, when they were approached and confronted about the suspicious activities they were involved in, they explained it all away as something else. They said they were mortified that what they were doing looked like child trafficking to the FBI.

WAS THIS AN EXAMPLE OF GASLIGHTING?
OR WAS IT THE TRUTH?
